I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again. I made them into a collage and gave them the 16x16 canvas for Christmas. They loved it and so did I. The website was so easy to use and i received my print in 3 business days... during the Christmas rush! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you Jaimie Moon, Cold Lake, AB	I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
